Freelance Friday was a community for freelancers working in digital, creative and media.

I started running FF as a bi-monthly meetup in Sept 2010. The idea was simply to bring together freelancers from a diverse set of disciplines to network, exchange advice and refer work opportunities to one another.

After a year I found I didn’t have the time to run the events, and not being a particularly good networker myself, the group was not growing. The FF community lives on through a private Facebook group that has some pretty lively chatter.
